High School Equivalency (HSE) / GED Application

Welcome to the SFCC Adult Education program for High School Equivalency (HSE) exams. This program is designed to prepare you for the HSE exams recognized by the state of New Mexico as well as prepare you for college and career. The Fall Semester HSE program is divided into two, eight-week sessions. New students are required to attend a four - day orientation which will be held online in the fall, due to Covid-19. Choose the morning or evening sessions.

  • Special Requirements for students under 18: If you are 16 or 17, you need to submit a completed Underage Permission form to the SFCC Adult Education Department before orientation. This form is your official release from the public school system. It must be signed by the Santa Fe Superintendent of Public Schools 505-467-2580, 610 Alta Vista St. Santa Fe, NM 87505. Call the office to start this process before you submit this application.
