Registration and Payment Deadlines
Registration for Spring 2026 is November 4.
Please have one of the following payment arrangements in place before January 20, 2026 semester.
Acceptable payments are as follows:
- Payment in full
- Payment plan-Available thru March 13
- Preauthorized Financial Aid
- Third Party payment, please contact Iris Del Castillo 505-428-1099, iris.delcastillo@sfcc.edu, or room 207.

Deadlines are listed above. Be sure to pay promptly or make arrangements to pay through the deferred payment plan, financial aid, or third party sponsor to keep your classes for the upcoming semester. You can pay your tuition by visiting the Cashier’s Office webpage.
**After the due dates above your tuition is due upon registration.**
**Your account is subject to holds and collections for unpaid balances**
Avoid Delinquent Accounts
A delinquent account will cause denial of privileges and services offered by the college and its affiliates, including but not limited to the New Mexico Educational Assistance Foundation. They also will be subject in the future to the withholding of:
- Registration
- Readmission
- Diplomas and Certificates
- Deferred payment plan participation
- Child care services
- Student Accessibility services (tutoring, ADA assistance, etc.)
- Locker rentals
- Other services offered by the college.
All account balances must be paid in full before students are allowed to graduate.
Financial Responsibility
I understand that my student account balance is my responsibility. By enrolling in courses or receiving any services at Santa Fe Community College, I acknowledge that I am financially obligated to pay all tuition, fees, bookstore charges, fines and associated costs incurred due to my registration and/or receipt of services. I further understand and agree my registration and acceptance of these terms form a contractual agreement. I agree that my enrollment constitutes a binding financial agreement with the institution.
Once I formally register for classes, I assume the responsibility for understanding the college’s official policies concerning schedule changes, satisfactory academic progress, and the financial policies for the term of enrollment.
