Santa Fe Community College and the Santa Fe Higher Education Center will observe Independence Day on Monday, July 4. No classes will be held, and no student services will be available. SFCC’s child development center, Kids Campus will be closed.
Summer credit and noncredit classes will resume on July 5 after the holiday. Staff at SFCC main campus (6401 Richards Ave.) and the HEC (1950 Siringo Road) will resume services beginning at 8 a.m. Tuesday, July 5. Kids Campus will be closed July 4 for observance of Independence Day and will resume summer operations on July 5.
Fall credit class registration continues online at www.sfcc.edu. The college has developed a guide to registering detailed at https://www.sfcc.edu/look-for-a-credit-class/. New students can get started at sfcc.edu by clicking the Apply Now button. All students are encouraged to work with an academic advisor. Remote appointments or in-person appointments can be made by emailing advisor@sfcc.edu or calling 505-428-1275. For general information, call 505-428-1000 after 8 a.m. July 6. The information number is available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
