Presidential candidate Senator Bernie Sanders will be on campus Friday for a campaign rally. It will be held at the Fitness Center at 3 p.m.; doors open at 1 p.m. Learn more about the rally at the Bernie Sanders website.
“A capacity crowd is expected to come to the campus for the event, but Friday is a regular work day for SFCC, and we need to carry on our regular business,” said SFCC President Randy Grissom. “Traffic in and out of the campus Friday afternoon will be heavy, but local law enforcement will be helping to direct the flow. The rally will be over by 4 p.m., so it should not be too difficult to get out of the parking lots at 5 p.m.”
