Todd is a business transformation and operations improvement professional skilled in strategic planning, analysis, and project management. He excels at fostering collaboration with diverse functional groups and strategic business units in the public sector.
Prior to joining SFCC, Todd worked in higher education operations at Johns Hopkins and Emory Universities, and as a management consultant at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
Todd holds a BS in Cultural Anthropology from Kansas State University and a MPA from Georgia State University. He served as a Peace Corps Volunteer, strives to be an engaged global citizen, and is a student of servant leadership.
