Naoyuki (Nao) Nagashima is the Compensation and Hiring Manager at Santa Fe Community College (SFCC).
Prior to joining SFCC in 2021, Nao has over 15 years of progressive Human Resource experience in the private sectors in industries of gaming, hospitality, logistics, and finance. He graduated with Honors from the University of New Mexico with a Major in Communication with a focus on Intercultural Communication, a minor in Sociology, and a member of the Golden Key International Honor Society. He believes that Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) are fundamental to boost team innovation, dynamics, growth, and productivity. When Nao is not handling HR challenges, he enjoys spending time outdoors and working on classic automobiles.
