Class will be held at the SFCC Fitness Education Center. The focus of this course is to provide the student with the skills and knowledge necessary to provide a safe aquatic environment. Upon successful completion of the American Red Cross requirements (both written exam and skills test) the student will receive an American Red Cross LG certificate. Students must supply own equipment, must be 15, and must pass the ARC swim test to qualify for the class.

Class will be held at the SFCC Fitness Education Center. Students will gain the knowledge in teaching people how to be safe in, on or around water and teaching individuals of different ages and abilities how to swim. Upon successful completion of the American Red Cross requirements (both written exam and skills test) the student will receive an American Red Cross WSI certificate. Students must supply own equipment, must be 16, and must pass the ARC swim test to continue.
