The Job Assessment Tool (JAT) deadline has been extended to 8 a.m., Wed., Feb. 20
Santa Fe Community College has contracted with Evergreen Solutions to conduct a compensation study. This study is being conducted to ensure accurate job classifications and associated duties. It will also enable the implementation of a internally equitable and competitive compensation strategy.
Your participation is requested to complete a Job Assessment Tool (JAT) as part of the study. The JAT gives employees the opportunity to describe the type of work they perform within their job classification. Specifically, you will be asked to provide feedback on your role, responsibilities, and duties in the organization. The Evergreen Solutions team will use this information to determine how work is organized, to recommend appropriate compensation, and to design a new classification and compensation system that is fair and equitable to all employees.
