Dear Staff and Faculty,
We had an incident this afternoon that automatically reset many employee passwords.
Most employees will need to reset their passwords to log in tomorrow. Employees with SFCC computers may be able to log into computers with cached credentials but will need to change their password to access services such as Outlook, Workday, Zoom, MySFCC, and more.
Instructions to reset a password:
- Visit My.sfcc.edu and click on Forgot Password. Follow the prompts to recover the account.
- If this method fails, don’t hesitate to call the OIT Service Desk for assistance at (505) 428-1222. We will assist people as quickly as we are able.
