SFCC Shifts to All-Remote Services on Thursday, Jan. 4; online services begin at 11 a.m.

Out of an abundance of caution due to forecasted snowfall and road conditions, Santa Fe Community College will be open solely in a remote capacity on Thursday, January 4.

SFCC Campus facilities – including William C. Witter Fitness Education Center and Santa Fe Higher Education Center – will be closed and reopen on Friday, January 5, weather permitting.

All SFCC services, both remote and in-person, will be unavailable until 11 a.m. so SFCC employees can participate in remote convocation activities. Remote services will begin at 11 a.m. on Thursday. The SFCC Campus is scheduled to reopen on Friday, January 5 if weather permits.

The William C. Witter Fitness Education Center facility will be closed the entirety of Thursday.

The Santa Fe Higher Education Center will be closed to the general public on Thursday, and reopen on Friday, weather permitting.

SFCC’s Kids Campus will observe regular hours, and will make an independent decision on their open status based on weather and road conditions.

Santa Fe Community College’s services will not be available until 11 a.m. on Thursday, January 4 due to a campuswide Convocation employee meeting.

Spring classes begin on Tuesday, January 16. Spring 2024 credit class registration continues online at www.sfcc.edu.
