Accommodations Transition from High School to Higher Education
College accommodations are those supports and services provided at no cost to eligible students with disabilities to have equal access from classes, programs, and activities.
Accommodations in college is a different process than in high school. High school accommodation plans offer modifications and accommodations where assignments can be shortened or excused. This is not the case in college whereas accommodations are offered to support students with Accessibility needs.
