If you’re dedicated to helping make the world a cleaner, more energy efficient place, continuing education courses offered through SFCC’s Sustainable Technologies Center can add the walk to your talk. Hands-on experience in the state-of-the-art and LEED certified facility will help you build and remodel in ways that save energy and water.

LEAD CERTIFICATION
An eight-hour course that teaches contractors about how to renovate, repair and paint in structures with lead-based paint. Students who complete the course will earn EPA Accreditation.

NEW MEXICO ENERGY$MART ACADEMY
Coursework through the NM Energy$mart Academy offers a progressive training that allows students to transition into new green jobs. Classes are supported by state-of-the-art facilities and a mobile training unit, and most offer extensive hands-on training.
