Online Course Sharing System

New Mexico SUN Online is a course-sharing statewide system that provides New Mexico students, from participating colleges and universities, to have greater access to quality online courses and programs across the state. Through this system students have the opportunity to take classes from other institutions in the state that articulate to their programs of study, while remaining enrolled at their home institution.  Colleges benefit with less duplication courses, resources and programs and employers benefit with increased responsiveness time-to-market for local and regional needs.

New Mexico’s SUN PATH and SUN Online is funded by the Department of Labor’s Trade Adjustment Assistance Community College and Career Training (TAACCCT) grant program and Santa Fe Community College serves as the lead institution for a consortium of New Mexico colleges. TAACCCT grants fund innovative projects among community colleges, employers and workforce agencies that create pathways to high-skill, high-wage jobs, and have a lasting impact on workforce education.

SFCC & HEC Closed Due to Weather: Saturday, Feb. 23

Based on the road conditions and forecasts regarding weather in our area, SFCC and the Santa Fe Higher Education Center will be closed on Saturday, Feb. 23. No on or off campus classes or activities will be held, and no labs or other student services will be available. TAX-AIDE at the HEC will not be available.
