EAST WING EATERY SPRING 2025 HOURS OF OPERATION 9 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.  THURSDAYS

SFCC’s East Wing Eatery is a class where students learn about day-to-day operations of a cafe. The East Wing Eatery is a culinary classroom that looks like a cafe, and student schedules and availability dictate our hours of operation.

Beginning Thursday, Feb. 6, East Wing Eatery will be open on Thursdays (only) from 9am until 12:30 pm. We will be serving specialty coffee drinks, pastries, and soups. We hope to add more savory breakfast and lunch items as time allows and we receive prepared items from culinary classes.
