“My job not only includes helping people register, but also helping them if they need resources. During the pandemic, I’m helping the instructors get their classes on Zoom. I set up the Zoom meetings, I get them comfortable with it and we do test runs to make sure that they are ready. Anything they need, they can ask me. They send their students to me if they have any issues with registering… The pandemic definitely threw things into high gear, which is okay. A lot of people do best under pressure, especially when someone needs something from you. The people I work with become friends and family. There’s no better way to learn something quickly than when somebody that you care about needs something from you.”
