Dreaming of a career in Hospitality and Tourism? The sky’s the limit at SFCC, where you’ll learn the basics to prepare you for a career as an airline sales and service agent, concierge, restaurant or hotel manager, tour and travel guide or running your own bed and breakfast. Study dining room service and beverage management, hospitality supervision and sanitation and safety. This certificate is designed for students interested in enter the hospitality industry, and for those who are currently working in the industry and have a view toward management. This certificate program will provide students with the knowledge, techniques and professional credentials needed to excel in the field.

Associate of Arts (AA)

The Associate of Arts program offers a two-year degree in Hospitality & Tourism that will transfer directly to the New Mexico State University’s Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management degree program, available at the Higher Education Center.
