YouthBuild students will be baking tasty brownies and cookies in the Culinary Arts kitchen and then selling the treats on Wed., March 30 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Campus Center to raise funds for field trips and special events.
YouthBuild@SFCC is funded through the U.S. Department of Labor to provide at-risk youth, ages 16 to 24, free classes and free skills training in a yearlong, comprehensive program. Students work toward a GED and earn certification in construction technologies.
