SANTA FE, NM – Current and future chefs with Santa Fe Community College’s Culinary Arts Program will present an elaborate Southern Italian feast in the Jemez Rooms on campus Friday, March 11. The event is a benefit for the program’s study abroad fund.
The sumptuous Napolitano dinner will include grilled calamari and shrimp with lemon aioli, pizza margherita, eggplant rolls stuffed with basil and smoked provolone, and pork loin stuffed with garlic, pine nuts, spinach, artichokes and ricotta. Dessert is baba rum cake.
Tickets are $75 single; $125 per couple, including wine. Only 100 tickets are available. Reservations must be made by calling the Santa Fe Community College Foundation at 505-428-1855. Payment can be made by credit card at the time of reservation or by check payable to SFCC Foundation, 6401 Richard Ave., Santa Fe, New Mexico, 87508.
