Each year, SFCC completes an annual planning cycle. We take time to reflect on the successes and challenges of the past year; to document the progress that was made; and to make strategic recommendations for the upcoming year. The planning cycle follows the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) model for continuous quality improvement. Stakeholder input is requested during the development of the plan (P) and its implementation (D). Feedback is solicited to evaluate the process as well as outcomes (C) and corrections in the process are made accordingly (A).
As part of the cycle the sponsors and leads develop a month-to-month action plan that outlines the plan to achieve the goal. Click here for an example.
