Strategic Planning Cycle
Each year we complete the annual planning cycle for the Santa Fe Community College Strategic Plan 2013-2018, we take time to reflect on the successes and challenges of the past year; to document the progress that was made; and to make strategic recommendations for the upcoming year. The planning cycle follows the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) model for continuous quality improvement. Stakeholder input is requested during the development of the plan (P) and its implementation (D). Feedback is solicited to evaluate the process as well as outcomes (C) and corrections in the process are made accordingly (A).
