Teresa Williams is an experienced learning and development professional with a strong focus on creating engaging, effective, and impactful training programs and learning resources. Prior to joining Santa Fe Community College, she served as a Senior Instructional Designer and LMS Functional Lead at Sandia National Laboratories and as an IT Manager at Tarrant County College. She also teaches computer courses as an adjunct professor.
Teresa holds a Master of Science in Information Systems and a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences in Information Technology. She is committed to designing inclusive learning experiences that make professional development intentional, engaging, and transformative, while fostering continuous growth and collaboration across the college and community. Outside of work, Teresa enjoys staying active with VR-based fitness and exploring new places.
