In her role of HRIS Manager, Regina represents the Office of Human Resources as part of a cross functional team tasked with maintaining the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for SFCC. Currently, she is deeply involved in the configuration and implementation of the CHESS Workday Human Capital Management module.

After many years spent in the private sector and small business administration, she switched to higher education administration in 2018. As a prior Director of Human Resource Services for one of the founding members schools, Regina has been part of the Collaborative for Higher Education Shared Services (CHESS) project since its inception. She loves working with her CHESS and SFCC teammates to provide the best possible HRIS experience for our employees.
Regina earned a BS in Business Management with a minor in Economics from Salve Regina University and will graduate with her MBA from Eastern New Mexico University in December. Her hobbies include photography and wheel thrown pottery.
