Piér Quintana is currently the Assistant Director of Personal and Professional Development at St. John’s College. She has 13 years of experience in higher education working across multiple functional areas focused on recruitment, retention, and completion. Piér previously worked as a Director in the student success division at Santa Fe Community College, and is a past President of MANA del Norte, a local non-profit dedicated to advancing opportunities for Latinas. She is a Fulbright Scholar and holds a bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of New Mexico and a master of arts in Higher Education and Student Affairs from the University of Connecticut.

*Under the provisions of the Learning Center Act [21-16A NMSA 1978], the members of the SFCC Governing Board also serve as members of the Learning Center District Board.  The LC District Board is a separate entity responsible for overseeing Higher Education Center (HEC) operations and contracting with higher education institutions to offer accredited educational programs and services.
