Paul works under the supervision of the Hiring and Compensation Manager. He assists in the hiring, pre-boarding, on-boarding, and out-boarding processes in the Office of Human Resources. He also assists in the HR record keeping and compensation matters for all staff and faculty.
Prior to joining the college, Paul was originally from Bakersfield, California, where he attended community college. After transferring to New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, Paul received his Bachelor of Arts in Government with an emphasis in Public Administration and International Relations. Paul has served in numerous customer service roles while he was in college. He brings the “customer first” attitude with him as he works with SFCC faculty and staff.
