Laura is Manager of the Policy Office. She oversees the Shared Governance Policy Review Process. Laura also serves as Assistant Executive Director of Marketing and Public Relations. Before joining SFCC, she coordinated the New Mexico Regional Development Corporation’s Accelerate program. She was the Director of Communications at the New Mexico Higher Education Department, where she handled public relations, conducted bill analysis, coordinated public participation, and led market research initiatives. She holds a Master of Arts in Liberal Arts from St. John’s College, a Superior Diploma in French Language and Culture from the Université de Strasbourg, France, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Dallas. She is a graduate of Leadership Santa Fe, Class of 2015.
