Jill is responsible for Learning Assessment, Academic Program Review, and SFCC’s AQIP Pathway accreditation. She brings a great deal of experience from her time at San Juan College as well as being an AQIP peer reviewer for the past nine years. Ms Carlson earned a Master of Arts in Public History, a Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in Southwest Studies, and Archival Certification – all at the University of Texas at Arlington. In addition, Jill holds a Lifetime Teaching Certificate in Special Education. She is certified by the Higher Learning Commission as a peer reviewer and participates in Systems Appraisals and Comprehensive Quality Reviews.
