Jerry Friedman received an A.B. in physics from Princeton University and an M.S. and Ph.D. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He has been teaching at SFCC since 2002, before which he taught at what was then Northern New Mexico Community College in Española.
Jerry has taught all of the physics courses SFCC offers, including classes for Monte del Sol High School, as well as various math and developmental math courses. His goal is to help students learn to solve problems using the methods of mathematics and physics.
