Geneva “Cookie” Look has worked for over 35 years in the Oil and Gas Refining Industry and has retired from the ExxonMobil Torrance Refinery in Torrance Ca. In her career with ExxonMobil, Geneva held various positions with XOM where she worked in the Field as a Crude Unit Operator, Field Safety Technician and as a Field Project Supervisor responsible for the Maintenance Turnaround Activities at the ExxonMobil Refinery. During her 35-year career at ExxonMobil, Geneva worked in HR Training & Development and assisted in the education of inner-city youths in the Los Angeles area in workforce career development at Los Angeles Harbor College. After her retirement she returned to her beloved New Mexico and settle in the Santa Fe Area. Geneva is now the Academic Director School of Trades, Advanced Technology, & Sustainability. Geneva is a native of El Paso Texas and has deep family roots in New Mexico. She is a graduate from La Verne University of California in Organizational Management and holds a Master’s in Business Administration.
