Barbara directs the Institutional Research (IR) functions in the Office of Planning and Institutional Effectiveness by maintaining a responsive office, managing IR workflows, supervising and training IR staff, and ensuring the completion of projects with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
Prior to working at SFCC, Barbara attended as a student and in 2012, earned an Associate of Science in Computer Science. She also serves as adjunct faculty for the Information Systems and Computer Science department in the School of Science, Health, Engineering, and Mathematics and participated in shared governance and on various committees.
Barbara is actively involved in the CHESS Workday Implementation project and is serving as co-coordinator of the Reporting and Data Governance teams. She is also proud to be part of the Harvard Strategic Data Project (SDP) Data Fellowship program for 2023-2025.
