The Santa Fe Community College Veterans Legacy Grant Program (SFCC VLGP) commemorates our New Mexican Veterans through the discovery and sharing of their stories. SFCC VLGP encourages students, faculty, and teachers at colleges, universities and K-12 level in New Mexico and beyond to immerse themselves in the rich historical resources found within National Cemetery Administration cemeteries, and related historical documents. Participants can research Veterans interred in New Mexico’s cemeteries and develop educational tools that increase public awareness of Veteran service and sacrifice.
