Learn about TRiO from our students

George Esquibel, SFCC student
TRiO at Santa Fe Community College has been very beneficial for me as a student. It has become a place for me to study and do homework in a private setting. It has also been very beneficial for tutoring and support. TRiO has the best tutoring for math, chemistry, physics, and business statistics. This extra help that we receive as TRiO participants is valuable for us as a students. We are also able to receive advising from our TRiO advisor. The advisor is always advising the students in TRiO about scholarships and deadlines, and that is very helpful. I really appreciate the services and the efforts that are put forth by the staff and students to excel and to encourage one another to strive to achieve our goals, one step at a time, and one day at a time.
