Register Between: April 26-July 27, Payment Deadline: 4:30 p.m., July 27
Register Between: July 28-Aug. 16, Payment Deadline: 4:30 p.m., Aug. 16


Open Registration: Aug. 19 or After. Payment Due at time of Registration

CENSUS DAY: After the deadlines listed above, students will be dropped from classes for nonpayment at 5 p.m., the third Friday of the semester (Sept. 9). Disenrollment from classes will continue for nonpayment beginning the fifth week of classes (Sept. 22), each Thursday by 6 a.m. Failure to arrange for payment of tuition and fees by these deadlines, may result in disenrollment from classes. Learn more about payment options.

Deadlines are listed above. Be sure to pay promptly or make arrangements to pay through the deferred payment plan, financial aid, or third party sponsor to keep your classes for the upcoming semester. By visiting the Cashiers Office Web page, you can pay your tuition by one of the following methods:

  • Pay ONLINE ANYTIME by credit card, debit card, or electronic checks from your checking or savings account. For students, log on to Jack, click “Registration” tab, click “Pay Online”. For parents and other authorized users, visit the cashier’s office and follow the instructions.
  • Pay in person using cash, check or credit card, at the cashier’s window in the main hallway.
  • Mail your payment to SFCC Cashier’s Office, 6401 Richards Ave, Santa Fe, NM 87508-4887
  • When paying with financial aid, make sure to complete all your financial assistance paperwork early at the Financial Aid Office.
