Supporting Santa Fe’s Local Businesses!
The first steps on the career ladder are the hardest to climb. Thanks to an innovative community partnership and generous gifts from donors, students are placed with local businesses and nonprofits to gain employable skills while earning academic credit, and an hourly wage. Job internships frequently lead to full-time jobs.
Paid internships help reduce the cost of payroll for employers and connect a student’s program of study with real workplace activities. They provide the motivation that students need to continue their studies and to graduate with plans for a successful career.
