If you are a member of staff at the College, that depends on budget availability and where your salary is located on the new proposed pay scale. Not all employees will be affected by the new salary structure.
The College is considering a phased salary adjustment for staff, starting with 80% below the market, and 80% to 89.9% of the market. Moving to 90% to 100% of the market next as funding becomes available.
Our current plan is to address the staff whose salary falls below the entry level of a particular grade in FY25 and then review other areas in FY26 and FY27 (with available budget).
Pay increases for Full-Time Faculty who are members of the Collective Bargaining Unit must be negotiated between SFCC AFT / AAUP and the College per the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
