Once registered with Accessibility Services, students can use the Student Wellness Center for a private room exam
- Instructors should complete a cover sheet at least 2 weeks before their upcoming exam.
- Indicate which accommodations are approved and send a copy of their exam to the Student Wellness Center (or exam passwords for digital exams).
- If a student is approved for a reader/scribe, the Case Manager or a member of the Student Wellness Center will read the exam or assist with writing. They will not assist with content knowledge at any time.
