How do I participate?
On October 26, arrive with your FSA ID (if you have one), your 2018 tax returns and your parent(s)’ 2018 tax returns. You will need to know your social security number. Also, please be sure to bring your laptop or tablet.
When you arrive, a trained FAFSA volunteer will help you complete the FAFSA step-by-step. Once your FAFSA is complete, drop into our scholarship essay seminar in the computer lab where you will have the opportunity to create a scholarship essay. Additionally, you can apply for two scholarships; all in one stop!
What if I or my parent is not a US Citizen?
If your parents are not US Citizens or permanent residents, we can help you complete the FAFSA online. If you are not a US Citizen or permanent resident we will provide you with SFCC’s financial aid form and help connect you with other resources that may be available. SFCC and the HEC are Hispanic Serving Institutions and Sanctuary campuses. We are committed to supporting your access to education.
