PTK Public Forum

The positive and negative effects of nuclear development and testing in New Mexico and around the world will be discussed in a public forum Thurs., Oct. 20 at the main Santa Fe Public Library Community Room on the second floor (145 Washington Ave.) from 6 to 7 p.m. The forum is being sponsored by SFCC’s Phi Theta Kappa Chapter as part of its Honors in Action Program. Panel members will include Dr. Camilla Bustamante Dean of School of Trades, Technology, Sustainability and Professional Studies, Jennifer Catechis of Rep. Ben Ray Lujan’s Office and representatives from the Tularosa Basin Downwinder’s Consortium. For more information, contact Angela Luna, 505-920-4764.
