College Transfer Day

SFCC to Host College Transfer Day Oct. 25
Meet representatives from New Mexico’s four-year colleges and universities

Are you looking to continue your studies toward a four-year degree? Do you know what the requirements are for entrance into New Mexico’s colleges and universities? Have you explored all the options? Santa Fe Community College’s advisers and Welcome and Advising Center can help you prepare for your next degree at the 2016 Fall College Transfer Day on Tuesday, October 25, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Main Hallway. It’s free.

Students will have the opportunity to meet with advisers from SFCC and representatives from these institutions, among others:

Institute of American Indian Arts
Eastern New Mexico University
New Mexico Highlands University
New Mexico State University
New Mexico Tech
Northern New Mexico College
Santa Fe Higher Education Center
Santa Fe University of Art and Design
University of New Mexico
Western New Mexico University

Interested students should bring their transcripts with them. SFCC students should order official transcripts no later than Oct. 17 to be sure to have them on time. Go to the Registrar’s Office or visit sfcc.edu/registrar/transcript to order transcripts online.

Irrigation Repair

Santa Fe Community College will be repairing irrigation lines at the central roundabout (the drop-off area by the flag poles) Monday, April 23 through Monday, April 30. During repairs, the roundabout will not be accessible. Please use other entrances into the main and West Wing parking lots. No parking areas will be affected. Please use caution when walking or driving in the vicinity. Thank you for your patience while we make improvements to campus.
