The Santa Fe Community College (SFCC) Foundation is a non-profit, tax-exempt 501(c) (3) public charitable foundation established solely to foster and promote the growth, progress and general welfare of Santa Fe Community College. Gifts to the SFCC Foundation are deductible for income tax purposes as provided in section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code. The SFCC Foundation’s Endowed Academic Scholarship provides tuition, lab fees, special course/program fees and textbooks for each semester. The minimum amount required to establish an Endowed Academic Scholarship is currently $10,000. Your donation may be made in monthly or quarterly payments. The full amount must be paid within one year and an initial deposit of $1,000 is required. Funds are awarded after the first anniversary of the establishment date.     • Unexpended funds will be maintained by the foundation for future awarding. • Most awards will be based on applicants’ financial need (as calculated by the SFCC Financial Aid Office). • If no qualifying student meets donor-preferred criteria, the selection of a scholarship recipient may be made according to the policies and procedures of Santa Fe Community College.
  • Your contribution will be placed in a permanently endowed fund. In appreciation for your thoughtfulness we will award a scholarship, as named by you, to a deserving student.
