Certificates and Associate Degrees Awarded
Degrees awarded do not necessarily represent unduplicated persons, as one student may, in some cases, attain both a certificate and a degree, or two associate degrees simultaneously.
Success Rates
Success rates present the proportion of all students who attained an “A,” “B,” “C,” “P” or “IP” grade in a given department or course in a given term or year of all students who enrolled in that department or course for a grade (not Audit) and did not withdraw prior to census. Success in any given course, but particularly in what are termed “Gateway” courses, is considered an important precursor to retention.
