CWA – Technical Support for Canvas Courses – Two Options

Having trouble accessing online information? Try the following tech tips.

If You Need Tech Support for the following:

  1. Finding your Canvas course on the course list in Canvas
  2. Logging in to MySFCC or your Canvas course

Then Proceed as Follows:

  1. Go to MySFCC, the SFCC Portal. MySFCC
  2. Access the MySFCC log in link in the upper, right-hand, top corner of the screen
  3. Log in with your user name and password
  4. Click on the “Our Campus” Tab
  5. Click “Technology Service Desk Support for Students” OR
  6. Click “Technology Service Desk FAQ’s for Students”

If You Need Tech Support for the following:

  • Help with Canvas once you are logged into the Canvas site and your SFCC course
    (for example:  how to use Canvas, technical issues in Canvas, locked assignments/discussions/quizzes and/or anything in Canvas not related to instructional content.)

Then Proceed as Follows:

  • Contact Online Teaching and Learning (OTL) via:
    1. Help menu in Canvas
    2. E-mail
    3. Phone 505-428-1166

SFCC Campus Closed Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Santa Fe Community College, Santa Fe Higher Education Center, William C. Witter Fitness Education Center and Kids Campus are closed through the end of the Spring Semester in response to coronavirus (COVID-19).

Many classes are transitioning to an online learning environment and limited student services are available.
