What’s different?
For example ENGL 111 will become ENGL 1110 and MATH 119 will become MATH 1130. Some course subjects will also be changing. For example MART will become FDMA and DRPT will become ARTS. In some cases the titles of the classes have changed. For example, Art History 1 is now History of Art 1. We invite you to see a document that highlights the changes. Why is this change happening?
New Mexico colleges are working together to offer courses with the same name/number system. Course numbering changes can be found on the NMHED website. http://www.hed.state.nm.us/programs/common-course-numbering.aspx
