Visitor On-Campus Protocol


Guests and visitors may be on campus by appointment and with pre-approval from an Executive Team member with authority for overseeing the area to be visited, such as a dean, vice president, or president. 

These guidelines also apply to contractors and vendors, who must adhere to all SFCC COVID-19 screening and on-campus protocols for students and employees.

The SFCC employee arranging for the visit must provide the name(s), time, and date for the anticipated visit to the Executive Team member.

The Executive Team member will provide notice for approval in a reply to the requestor and security.  The requestor must meet the guests at the screening station and assist in assuring that all PPE, social distancing, and other safety protocols are met while on campus.

Please allow 24 hours Monday through Friday for visitation approval.
