If you are concerned that you might have COVID-19 or are having any of the following symptoms: 

  • Persistent cough NOT related to allergies
  • Shortness of breath
  • Difficulty breathing
  • Fever
  • Chills
  • Fatigue
  • Muscle pain
  • Body aches Sore throat
  • Loss of taste or smell
  • Headache
  • Nausea Vomiting
  • Diarrhea

Or

If you have concerns that you may have been exposed to someone who has COVID-19…

PLEASE, DO NOT COME ON CAMPUS!

You should immediately contact your healthcare provider

And/Or

Call the NM Department of Health’s coronavirus hotline at 855-600-3453

And/Or

These resources will give you instructions on what you should do next

that is specific to your circumstances.

NEXT STEPS:

  1. Make sure you stay home and limit your contact with other people.  This is called Quarantine.  This will be until you have more information about your health and you are cleared to go back on campus by  SFCC and/or the New Mexico Department of Health (NMDOH).
  • If you are an Employee of SFCC notify Human Resources (HR) immediately so that SFCC can notify appropriate personnel. (Luis.olivas@sfcc.edu or call 505.428.1203/C:505-585-4303)

Or

If you are a Student at SFCC, immediately notify your instructor so that they can notify the appropriate personnel. If you are unable to immediately reach your instructor, contact Janelle Moya, Nursing Professor/SFCC Contact Tracer, at 505-414-4793.

Contacting Human Resources and/or your instructors will ensure that you are in good standing with your work/school requirements.

If you are an Employee of SFCC and have a Positive COVID-19 test, you must immediately notify HR as soon as you find out.  (Luis.olivas@sfcc.edu or call 505.428.1203/C:505-585-4303)

If you are a Student at SFCC and have a Positive COVID-19 test, you must immediately notify your instructor or Janelle Moya, Nursing Professor/SFCC Contact Tracer, at 505-414-4793. 

Contacting Human Resources and/or your instructors about your Positive COVID-19 Test will help SFCC start their Rapid Response Plan. If you are an Employee of SFCC and you have been identified as a confirmed Contact, you must notify HR as soon as you find out. (Luis.olivas@sfcc.edu or call 505-428-1203/C 505-585-4303)

If you are a Student at SFCC and you have been identified as a confirmed Contact, you must immediately notify your instructor or Janelle Moya, Janelle Moya (janelle.moya@sfcc.edu) Nursing Professor/SFCC Contact Tracer, at 505-414-4793.

A confirmed Contact means that you are entered into the NMDOH database under the person who has a Positive COVID-19 test.
