- Make sure you stay home and limit your contact with other people. This is called Quarantine. This will be until you have more information about your health and you are cleared to go back on campus by SFCC and/or the New Mexico Department of Health (NMDOH).

- If you are a Student at SFCC, immediately notify your instructor so that they can notify the appropriate personnel. If you are unable to immediately reach your instructor, contact the SFCC Contact Tracer at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Contacting Human Resources and/or your instructors will ensure that you are in good standing with your work/school requirements.

Contacting Human Resources and/or your instructors about your Positive COVID-19 Test will help SFCC start their Rapid Response Plan. A confirmed Contact means that you are entered into the NMDOH database under the person who has a Positive COVID-19 test.
SFCC is required to report all COVID cases (not contacts) to both the NM Environmental Department and Higher Education Department but names are kept confidential and not reported. These reports include on-campus and online cases and are only case counts.
