OIT Systems Group

The OIT Systems group is primarily concerned with the operation, maintenance, development and management of the College data infrastructure and associated network services including electronic mail, remote access (virtual private network), wireless networking, printing, network security, user account creation, data storage and backup. Systems and networking support staff are also responsible for administering the central systems infrastructure based on a number of VMware, Linux and Windows servers providing a range of multi-user applications. In addition, the systems group supports a wide variety of hardware including, blade servers, storage arrays, spam and web filters, switches, firewalls, packet shapers and load balancers.

Irrigation Repair

Santa Fe Community College will be repairing irrigation lines at the central roundabout (the drop-off area by the flag poles) Monday, April 23 through Monday, April 30. During repairs, the roundabout will not be accessible. Please use other entrances into the main and West Wing parking lots. No parking areas will be affected.
