Ellucian eCommunities:
This session will show you how to use the Ellucian eCommunities website. eCommunities helps to locate information, submit community questions, share best practices, engage with peers, and resolve issues quickly and efficiently. This is a useful tool for every Banner user.
Banner 8.x Navigation:
This session is an introduction to Internet Native Banner (INB) navigation and the basic functionality. A part of the course is dedicated to changing preferences (e.g. color, links, menu) for your Banner account.
Banner Reports:
This session will focus on the GJAPCTL (Process Submission Controls) form. Topics:
- How to search for Reports/Processes
- Understanding Parameter Values (i.e. Length, Type, Optional/Required, Multiple/Single)
- Where to find the output and how to manipulate it with Excel.
