We offer two classes for the Quality Control Inspector – an in-depth preparatory class for the BPI exams and a Multifamily Quality Control Inspector class.
Quality Control Inspector (QCI): Blended class. The online portion of the class are completed over several weeks before you come to the training center for three days of training and BPI exams. The online portion is mostly short engaging videos with online discussions and instructor interaction. We schedule classes each month – please call so we can schedule at your convenience.
COST: $ 895 per person
** optional – BPI written and field exams. Add $950 per student
Multifamily Quality Control Inspector (MFQCI): Blended class. The online portion of the class are completed over several weeks before you come to the training center for a week of training (4 days) and SFCC certification exams. The online portion is mostly short engaging videos with online discussions and instructor interaction. A certificate of successful competion from Santa Fe Community College is given to candidates who pass both our written and field exams.

The online portion of this course has been approved for 4.75 BPI CEUs.
The in-person portion of the class has been approved for 13 CEUs.
