Payment Options for SFCC Students
IN FULL
Avoid the lines!
Pay online with a bank checking/savings account or debit/credit card. Log in to JACK select the Registration tab at the top of the page and click on Pay Online and follow the prompts.
If you are paying by cash, money order, personal check, credit card or debit card, you may pay in person at the Cashier’s window during business hours, or call 505-428-1211 to pay by credit or debit card.
SFCC PAYMENT PLAN
Payment plans allow you to pay your tuition in up to
three installments. A $15 setup fee and 25 percent down
payment are required. Payment plans can be set up on
JACK by selecting the Payment plans link in the Payment
channel on the Registration tab.

WITH FINANCIAL AID
Complete all your financial aid paperwork early by visiting
the Financial Aid Office.
THROUGH YOUR EMPLOYER OR
THIRD-PARTY SPONSOR
You may authorize a third-party (an employer, government
agency, etc.) to make payments on your behalf
online at www.sfcc.edu/cashiers and follow the instructions
at the bottom of the webpage. This can also be done
at the Cashier’s office by submitting a letter of authorization
and purchase order from your sponsor. Make sure
it includes your name, student ID number and a list of
charges that your sponsor will be covering (tuition, fees,
books, etc.), by mail to SFCC Cashier’s Office, 6401
Richards Ave., Santa Fe, NM 87508-4887; or by fax to
505-428-1454.
FOR SCHEDULE CHANGES
Additional charges incurred due to changes you make
during the add/drop period are due the day you make
those changes unless you have made arrangements
through the Financial Aid Office or submitted a letter or
PO from your third-party sponsor covering the charges.
