enrollment center How do I register online?

Click on the link REGISTER FOR CLASSES in the center of the home page or go directly to the JACK login. Read the information on the login page and/or log in to JACK. Go to the Registration tab. You can also register in person at SFCC's Enrollment Center.

I forgot my User ID or PIN. How do I find them?

There's a hold on my account. What should I do?

Call the Cashier's office at (505) 428-1211 or pay in person at the cashier's office/window. Most holds are for an accounts receivable balance that you can pay by cash, check or credit card. Be sure to ask for a release on the account. If there is another type of hold, the Cashier's office can tell you what kind it is and direct you to the correct office.

How do I update my personal information?

How do I change from AUDIT to CREDIT status?

You can change from Audit to Credit only through the Registrar's office. To switch from Credit to Audit, log in to JACK, go to the Registration tab and in the top left box you'll find the "Switch Credit Status to Audit Status."

I keep getting errors regarding prerequisites or co-requisites when registering. What should I do?

Visit the Enrollment Center or call them at (505) 428-1270. You may be able to fax proof of classes taken and continue registration.

The system won't let me drop my last or only class. What should I do?

Visit the Enrollment Center or call (505) 428-1270. You may be able to drop the class by faxing your request with your "A" number, your phone number and signature.

How can I have access to the Fitness Center?

You must be enrolled in a fitness class or buy a day pass for $6.00 at the front desk. 5-visit passes are also available for $30.00. Your student or picture ID and "A" number are required. Go directly to the Fitness Center web page or call (505) 428-1615 for more information.
