In today's high-tech world, companies large and small rely on computers to perform a multitude of tasks to increase efficiency and enhance the bottom line. If you're the friend everyone calls for help to fix their computer or you've got a knack for the technical, then this degree can get you started on a high-demand career in a field full of challenges and constant change.
The computer and information technology program is designed to get you ready for a job after two years of study. Graduates are prepared for entry-level positions in computer programming, network administration and technical support. The coursework is not designed to transfer to a four-year program.
