How do I submit a support request with the Technology Service Desk?

To submit a support request, please review the following options and send us your request through the appropriate method:

1. On campus:

  • [Preferred] Use Alloy Self Service icon on your desktop, which is Alloy Self Service's direct address (http://hershey/SelfServicePortal
  • Call the Technology Service Desk at 505-428-1222
  • Drop by the Technology Service Desk (Rm. 528, across from library)

2. Off campus:

What are the Technology Service Desk hours and where is the Technology Service Desk located?

The Technology Service Desk is open from
7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. M-Th., (5:00 p.m. between semesters)
Fridays 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
and 8:00 am to noon on Saturdays.
These hours are in effect while a semester is in session.  The Technology Service Desk is located across from the Library in room 528 on the SFCC campus.

Is there a campus directory that I can use to search for campus departments and staff and faculty members?

Yes there is.
A link to the campus staff and faculty directory can be found in JACK, on the Employee tab, in the Quick Links channel. Click on “Employee  Directory.”
